2026 Annual Dues

This is the 2026 Fiscal Year Assessments of Annual Dues Notice for the homeowners of Brices Crossing.

This year’s assessment is $147.00 and is due by January 31, 2026. These annual dues are used to pay for electricity, insurance, grounds keeping, and other costs associated with our community.

Dues not paid in full by January 31, 2026 are subject to late fees and potential legal fees in accordance with Article IV of the Restrictive Covenants and the North Carolina Planned Community Act. You will be held responsible for all additional costs associated with the collection of the Assessment. After May 1, 2026, collection will be turned over to our Attorney.

Prior to making changes to the exterior of your home or erecting a fence, shed, or other external structure, you must submit the Architecture Control Committee (ACC) Approval Form to the Homeowner's Board of Directors for formal approval.
